How quickly will I receive my frame?
Our average production time is 3-5 business days. We ship all orders UPS. You will receive a tracking number on all orders.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact us for a RMA authorization.
How do I send you an article to be framed?
Simply contact our customer service department and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to get your article to us.
Can I get a preview of the frame before I decide to purchase?
YES! Our design team will contact you to discuss your project and send you a preview image before you decide to purchase.
